1. Under Eighteen Years Of Age Are Not Eligible To Use Our Services.

2. About Kauban.com, and Information We Collect
Kauban.com. is an international service to help you build relationships online. A Kauban.com basic membership is FREE to all qualified members.

In our online registration form, we ask you to provide us with certain information such as, but not limited to, your birth date and email address. Additionally, we collect credit card details only from those who wish to acquire Full Service membership privileges.

At your own discretion, you may choose to post additional facts about yourself on your profile. While some members freely elect to include their names and photos in their profile, the Kauban.com Terms of Service forbids posting personal contact information for any reason. Additionally, Kauban.com reserves the right to use all uploaded photos for web-based and print advertising purposes.

In addition to standard business contact information, Individuals and companies signing up for Kauban.com Affiliate Program must provide URL information for their website(s) and a social security or Tax I.D. number. None of this information can be accessed or used by individuals not under the direct employ of Kauban.com.

In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information such as your IP addresses and email addresses. Many sites collect this sort of information. We may tie your IP address to your personally identifiable information. If you choose to use our instant messenger or chat room on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of the website, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these areas. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of members who use these services in a manner inconsistent with our Terms of Use.

4. Our Disclosure of Your Information
We do disclose information in aggregate to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we DO NOT disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you. Certain information, such as your password, credit card number, and bank account number, are not disclosed in aggregate at all.

In order to maintain a healthy community, Kauban.com cooperates with all law enforcement inquiries and with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights.

We use a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

You may not use other users information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. Kauban.com reserve the right to terminate those who misuse other users information or who otherwise violate the Kauban.com Terms of Use.

If, despite the foregoing, you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your personally identifiable information at Kauban.com including:
